Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio is offering a Sales Internship for Summer 2027. The 10–12 week program provides hands-on experience with real business impact, mentorship, and opportunities to interview for full-time roles upon completion.

As a Sales Intern, you will work on projects to improve sales processes, engage with prospective and current customers, and develop reporting and dashboards while gaining exposure to Cardinal Health's culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in General Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations, and/or professional associations.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Improve sales operational effectiveness through ongoing process improvement and/or technology.
• Call on prospective customers and/or current customers via phone and email to generate interest in Cardinal Health.
• Proactively identify and implement enhancements that reduce sales leakage.
• Support business objectives by developing, maintaining, and presenting reporting and dashboards.
• Assist in developing and updating standard selling and sales operating procedures.
• Amplify team accountability to deliver on commitments and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Other duties as requested.
