FedEx Logistics is seeking an Intern in California to gain real-world experience in your field of study within a professional environment.

This internship offers hands-on projects, exposure to cross-functional teams, and opportunities to develop software and analytical skills while contributing to business objectives. The hybrid program is based in Orange County, CA, with a 10-week timeframe and a focus on collaboration and learning.

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 7th-August 13th. Resumes should include: email address, telephone number, college/university, degree, major, GPA, date of intended graduation (month & year).
• Junior and senior-level students and candidates nearing degree completion are preferred.

Pay Transparency

Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates.

Additional Details

This position will be hybrid in Orange County, CA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of territory.

In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
