Job summary

Werner Electric Supply invites motivated students to join our internship program in Wisconsin. You will support our sales team, engage with customers, and gain hands-on exposure to sales operations and product knowledge.

This paid internship offers mentorship, project work, and opportunities to shadow various departments to help shape your career path. Selected interns may participate in Lean Six Sigma training and certification, with potential for year-long internships and full-time employment

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in sales, Marketing Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Join sales calls with Account Managers to observe best practices.
• Assist with follow-up sales support and order entry.
• Coordinate vendor purchases on direct and non-stock items.
• Provide CRM support and maintain accurate activity records.
• Attend product trainings and participate in cycle counting at the Appleton counter.
