You'll identify friction points, support handoffs, and contribute to revenue growth and customer retention efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic retail and fuels environment.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in business, finance, supply chain, psychology, or related field.
• Senior (expected graduation May or December 2027) preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full sales cycle by tracking the status of submitted opportunities and coordinating with internal teams like credit and onboarding.
• Reduce the lift for sales representatives by proactively following up with customers and ensuring a smooth transition to fueling.
• Improve conversion rates from opportunity submission to active fueling customers.
• Document gaps and inconsistencies in the end-to-end sales process from both the representative's and the customer's point of view.
• Assist sales managers and trainers by surfacing trends, common blockers, and process gaps to improve efficiency.
