Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is offering a Sales Intern role in the Harrisburg, PA area. You will assist with merchandising, order processing, and stocking shelves while supporting sales efforts and managing a small territory.

Shadow experienced team members and help create sales presentations, deal models, and analytics. Exposure to multiple departments will help you understand end-to-end operations and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and self-motivated.
• Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.
• Enjoys physical labor with the ability to safely lift 40lb boxes.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in Canva, Social Media Platforms, or AI a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, order processing, and stocking shelves.
• Support sales efforts and manage a small territory.
• Shadow and work alongside team members.
• Assist with creating sales presentations, deal models, and analytics.
• Support team projects, such as promotional initiatives.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments, including Delivery and BES, to understand end-to-end operations.
• Participate in blitz activities with the sales team.
