Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Customer-service oriented and effective communicator.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated and able to work with others.
• Enjoys talking with people in varying settings.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lb.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Canva, social media platforms or AI skills are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, order processing, and stocking shelves.
• Support sales efforts and manage a small territory.
• Shadow and work alongside team members.
• Assist with creating sales presentations, deal models, and analytics.
• Support team projects, such as promotional initiatives.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments, including Delivery and BES.
• Participate in blitz activities with the sales team.
