Position Overview

We are seeking a Tech Stack Specialist—a role combining tech admin, automation, and sales enablement. You will support our sales accounts and reps by managing our tech stack (Hub, CRM, Zapier, JustCall, Dialer, etc.), collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring all systems function smoothly. Training on our platforms will be provided; just bring your foundational automation skills, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate
  • Expert in building Zaps in Zapier
  • Experience with OnceHub and Calendly
  • Quick learner of CRMs like Pipedrive and HubSpot
  • Skilled in creating automation workflows
  • Enjoys fast-paced, energetic environments
  • Passionate about learning and having fun
Not Suitable If You
  • Are not an independent thinker
  • Dislike helping sales teams grow rapidly
  • Struggle with collaboration or attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Support sales team growth and onboarding
