Qualifications

• Prior martial arts experience is required or highly desirable.
• Black Belt certification is not mandatory but a plus.
• Must be organized and a self-starter with strong planning.
• Service-first mentality in interactions with students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Providing A+ quality of class instruction.
• Deliver 5-7 high-energy, benefit-driven classes daily.
• Maintain positive customer relations with students and parents.
• Test and adapt curriculum for student progress.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate events.
• Lead birthday parties and Parent’s Night Out events.
