Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners, conduct full-home inspections, and close deals with uncapped earning potential. You’ll benefit from award-winning training and the Orkin Guarantee-backed protection customers trust.

You’ll work independently to build relationships, manage appointments with a company-provided iPad, and represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity every step of the way.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
• Wear PPE, including possible OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Build trust by explaining findings and recommending treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience preferred
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
