Orkin is seeking a dynamic Sales Inspector who can turn conversations into trusted protection for homeowners. You’ll conduct full-home inspections, present clear findings, and close sales by explaining the long-term value of Orkin’s pest-control solutions.

You’ll manage appointments on an iPad, work independently, and build a pipeline through self-generated leads. Orkin supports you with award-winning training, a brand customers recognize, and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales, account management, home inspection or project management experience required.

Qualifications

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required
• Love meeting new people and helping solve real problems
• Are confident, competitive, and goal‑driven
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Don’t mind climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
