Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector to conduct full-home inspections and close sales for pest control solutions. You’ll explain findings, recommend treatments, and manage appointments using an iPad, while working independently in a role that rewards results.

Qualifications

• Sales/account management/home inspection/project management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. PPE may be required.

• Don’t mind climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
