Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space, explain findings clearly, and close sales by highlighting the protection and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.

You'll manage appointments and documentation on an iPad, work independently, and uphold professionalism and integrity. Training is paid, and top earners see substantial commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.

• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending the best treatment options.
