Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Lincoln, NE. You will conduct comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space, clearly explain findings, and present the best treatment options to close sales.

You’ll manage appointments and records on an iPad, work independently, and maximize self-generated opportunities. Enjoy top earning potential with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, comprehensive paid training, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by presenting value and long-term protection of services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, manage schedule, maximize leads and opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
