BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Nashville to collaborate with the sales team, pursue new opportunities, and manage customer relationships across our building products portfolio.

The role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and achieving sales quotas through market insight and tailored solutions. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in sales are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience, comfortable on the telephone and honest communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and present new sales opportunities to customers.
• Prioritize high-value prospects to maximize profitability.
• Strengthen client relationships by enhancing the sales portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
