Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Earn $20/hour base with uncapped commission; average earnings range $20–$35/hour with commission. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, training, and room for growth into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
