American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in national home improvement retail stores in League City, TX. Flexible hours with weekend work; earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission and enjoy paid training and weekly pay.

This role focuses on educating customers about HVAC and plumbing options, generating qualified leads, and scheduling in-home consultations, with opportunities for advancement into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Prior retail, kiosk, door-to-door or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Job description

Company Name: ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview:

Pay: $20 per hour + UNCAPPED commission

Earning Potential: $20 – $35/hour on average with commission

Schedule: Flexible, Weekends required, typically 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: League City, TX

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
