📍 Location: Remote (U.S.-based) | Hybrid travel to client sites as needed

💼 Reports to: Executive Vice President — BFSI

Are you a high-energy Sales Hunter with a proven record of winning new business in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to expand their footprint across North America, selling cutting-edge IT services and professional solutions to BFSI clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across BFSI clients
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement heads
  • Develop tailored proposals, lead presentations, and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and practice teams to shape winning solutions
  • Maintain an active sales funnel and report progress via CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
  • 8–12+ years of experience selling IT Services / Professional Services within BFSI
  • Strong network and existing relationships in North America
  • Proven success in new logo acquisition and consultative solution selling
  • Deep understanding of Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services technology needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
