Job summary

A leading real estate development firm in Irving, Texas, is seeking a part-time Sales Host to support the Sales team. The Sales Host will greet and assist guests, maintain sales center appearance, and handle administrative duties related to model home visits. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least a year of related experience. Knowledge of sales organization and exceptional communication skills are preferred. This position requires approximately 20 to 29 hours per week, with potential weekend hours.

Job Summary

The Host is responsible for assisting the Sales team by greeting and assisting guests and providing model home coverage when our new home consultants are out of the office. This is a part-time position requiring 20 to 29 hours per week. The position is primarily scheduled during the week, but additional weekend hours may be scheduled based on team needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at model homes.
• Maintain sales center appearance.
• Distribute current price lists to guests.
• Make appointments with the Online Sales Professional or New Home Consultant.
• Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets.
• Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.
• In conventional communities, demonstrate models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits.
• Perform related administrative duties, as assigned.
• Attend sales training, as required.
• Additional administrative projects requested by New Home Consultant/management.
• Other duties as assigned.
