UPMA Group, the franchise partner for European Wax Center, is hiring for a high-energy Sales Associate. You will drive sales, educate guests on proprietary products, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

This role starts at the front desk with a clear path to leadership through the hub-let program. We offer base pay of $12/hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with growth opportunities twice a year.

If you have the passion for skincare but aren't licensed yet, starting as a GSA is the perfect way to learn the business from the ground up while you work toward your Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. We'll be here to cheer you on and transition you into the Hub-let program once you're ready!

What You’ll Do

• Own the Sales Cycle: You’ll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.

• Master the Hustle: You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires a high degree of flexibility. You will lead a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings) and will be required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week to ensure our team and guests are supported during our busiest times.
