KidsUnited is seeking a Sales Associate to join the energetic team at our Arkansas location. The role focuses on front-of-house sales, delivering premium customer service, and meeting key sales goals while using our CRM to track referrals and client interactions.

You will greet members, process transactions accurately, follow up with prospects, and promote birthday party packages on weekends. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are a plus in our fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience with strong sales and membership knowledge.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
• Maintains accurate records using established CRM systems.
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically.
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
• Selling and working Birthday Parties on Weekends.
