• Strong knowledge of lumber/building materials market and trends.
• Experience leading large multi-regional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth and sales strategy for lumber and building materials.
• Set ambitious targets and manage end-to-end sales process.
• Monitor metrics, optimize profitability, and drive pipeline.
• Develop and implement market expansion plans and new segments.
