State Farm Agent in Franklin, TN is seeking energetic, sales-minded individuals to develop leadership skills, learn the insurance business, and build a personal agency. You will be mentored by an experienced agent and gain hands-on exposure to running a small business, from lead generation to client service.

As part of the team, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and work toward marketing goals while building long‑term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail oriented.
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
