Role emphasizes performance on a structured, goal-driven environment with coaching and training. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours/week including Saturdays, with a monthly bonus potential and company-paid health benefits.

Formación

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
