About The Role

The Sales Growth Associate helps shape and improve how our sales organization operates and drives commercial growth in North America.

Working closely with Sales, Product, CX, and Global teams, you’ll help ensure we have the right customer segmentation, sales coverage, and operating rhythms in place to drive growth. You’ll also act as a key link between Sales and Product, helping bring product strategies to market, improving sales enablement, and ensuring customer feedback helps shape future priorities.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategy and execution. You’ll work on some of our most important commercial initiatives while building a deep understanding of our customers, sales organization, and growth priorities.

What We Offer

  • A high degree of ownership and visibility, with the ability to influence commercial priorities, customer programs, and sales strategies.
  • Broad exposure across Sales, Product, CX, and Global teams, providing a unique opportunity to build a holistic understanding of our business and customers.
  • Build your career in a truly global organization, with broad exposure across Maersk and opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and a culture that values professional development.

  • Drive the operating rhythm behind our program customer review cycles, sales coverage reviews, and other key commercial processes to ensure the organization remains structured for success.
  • Lead the engagement model across functions, including how we track performance, review progress, and support growth within our program customer portfolio.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects that improve commercial performance, strengthen capabilities, or advance organizational priorities.

  • Partner with Product and Sales leaders to ensure go-to-market strategies are aligned and effectively executed.
  • Help equip Sales teams with the tools, messaging, insights, and enablement materials needed to successfully bring product capabilities to customers.
  • Gather feedback from customers and sales teams and ensure it is translated into actionable input for Product teams to inform future priorities.
  • Help identify and implement better Ways of Working between Sales and Product to improve decision making, collaboration, and commercial execution.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of experience in strategy, sales operations, business development, sales enablement, program management, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data and insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, including senior leaders, and build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Comfortable managing several priorities while maintaining a structured and organized approach.
