Milan Laser Hair Removal in North Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist to engage with clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support the front desk while assisting the medical staff.

You will drive client satisfaction, pursue upsell opportunities, maintain client records, and help the clinic meet monthly sales goals, all while upholding confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

• Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain client records.
• Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and guiding clients to rooms.
• Performs additional tasks as needed to support leadership and clinic objectives.
