Job summary

Haymarket is looking for a friendly Sales Floor Team Member to join our retail crew. This part-time, hourly role helps stock shelves, greet customers, and keep the store looking inviting and organized.

You will assist with shift scheduling, manage daily tasks, and set up product displays while sharing product knowledge to drive sales. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of retail experience are preferred; open availability is a plus.

What You Will Do

Support the Team: Help welcome and train new team members. Offer friendly tips and coaching to help everyone succeed.

Keep Operations Smooth: Help out with shift schedules and make sure daily tasks are assigned. Take regular inventory counts to keep stock accurate.

Keep the Store Looking Great: Maintain a clean, safe, and beautifully organized sales floor that matches our high standards.

Connect with Customers: Greet shoppers, help them find exactly what they need, and share your product knowledge to drive sales.

Merchandise & Plan: Help set up fun product displays and work on promotional strategies to highlight our best items.

Education & Experience Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: At least 3 years of retail customer service experience.

Physical & Availability Requirements

This is an active role on the retail floor. To succeed, you must be able to:

Stand and navigate the sales floor for extended periods.

Lift and carry heavy cases of stock out to the retail floor.

Have open availability to work flexible shifts as needed
