As a Sales Floor Department Manager, you’ll play an integral role in our vision of a world where everyone has a safe and affordable place to live.
This position is responsible for managing day-to-day store department functions through effective management of staff and volunteers, the processing of merchandise and donations, and for providing excellent customer service.
This position requires working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather, as well as warehouse/dock setting with or without climate control.
Estimated Time Commitment: 40 plus hours/week, Rotating Sunday - Saturday schedule. Shifts are scheduled based on the needs of the store.
