GENERAL PURPOSE

The Retail Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean and organized store, assisting customers with merchandise, and supporting loss prevention efforts. The role requires flexibility to perform various tasks across the store to meet business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prioritize safety by practicing safe behaviors and maintaining clear emergency exits.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and handling issues courteously.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist in merchandising and replenishing stock to ensure an attractive shopping environment.
• Support loss prevention and follow all policies related to merchandise and cash handling.
• Represent the company positively and maintain a professional appearance.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure store safety, security, and operational efficiency.
