The Sales Floor Department Supervisor is responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience. This includes coaching, training, delegating tasks, managing performance, and ensuring department coverage. They oversee customer-facing activities (greeting, needs clarification, closing sales), non-customer activities (stocking, inventory, recovery), and store safety (safety walks, hazard reporting).
Requires physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting (up to 25 pounds or more), and other physical activities. Must be available for varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Travel may be required occasionally for training or support.
