The Sales Floor Department Supervisor is responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience. This includes coaching, training, delegating tasks, managing performance, and ensuring adequate department coverage. The role involves customer-facing activities (e.g., greeting, needs clarification, closing sales), non-customer activities (e.g., stocking, inventory, recovery), and store safety (e.g., safety walks, hazard reporting).
This is a full-time, mid-senior level position requiring flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, and lifting (up to 25 pounds or more) is required. Travel is occasional for meetings or training.
