Job description

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering superior customer service, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. This associate maintains a positive company image by being courteous and professional in all situations with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

1. Provide superior customer service by being prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
2. Straighten and maintain sales floor.
3. Assist department employees with stocking merchandise, and updating presentations to attract customer attention and stimulate sales activity.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
5. Assist Supervisor with signage, markdowns, and product lifecycle movement.
6. Operate cash register and work in the fitting room as needed.
7. Assist team members in other areas as directed by supervisor or management.
