Job summary

Hamrick's, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver superior customer service, drive sales, and maintain an attractive, organized store environment in Columbia, SC.

You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and support promotions while acting as a courteous and professional representative of the brand. Responsibilities include helping customers, maintaining the sales floor, operating the cash register, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service by being prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Straighten and maintain sales floor.

Assist department employees with stocking merchandise, and updating presentations to attract customer attention and stimulate sales activity

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Assist Supervisor with signage, markdowns, and product lifecycle movement.

Operate cash register and work in the fitting room as needed.

Assist team members in other areas as directed by supervisor or management.
