Job Overview

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Sales Floor Associate at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers as they enter the store.
2. Share product knowledge and expertise with customers to ensure high-quality customer service.
3. Provide solutions to customer needs.
4. Assist customers with purchases, including some parts assembly when needed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Present information effectively and respond to customer questions in a cheerful and timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
