Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers, providing outstanding service
• Partner with team members for support
• Listen to customer issues calmly and resolve problems

Truck / Restock & Inventory

• Follow placement directions for merchandise
• Assist with merchandise receipt and logistics
• Help with inventory processes
• Support restocking and stockroom organization

SET / Visual / Environment

• Assist with floor moves and visual detailing
• Identify sell-through opportunities and remerchandise
• Maintain fitting rooms and sales floor recovery
• Contribute to visual merchandising
• Maintain stockroom organization

Omnichannel

• Support jcp.com orders and returns
• Assist with Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store

General Operations

• Participate in merchandise transfer, return activities
• Assist with defective inventory processes

Performance Standards

• Support shrink and safety initiatives
• Meet performance standards for sales, service, and attendance
