Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Math Proficiency: Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude.
• Detail-Oriented: Attention to small details that enhance customer experience.
• Reliable and Responsible: Punctuality, trustworthiness, and pride in work.
• Flexible: Adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required; we support on-the-job learning.
