Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate for our HomeGoods store in Dallas.

You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with shoppers, maintaining a clean, organized store, and supporting operations across departments as needed. In this role, you’ll model positive store culture, assist with promotions and loyalty programs, and help ensure safety and loss prevention standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing directions or situations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Experience in retail customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process purchases and returns accurately and assist customers with loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; participate in recovery tasks as needed.
• Support merchandising and safety standards and cooperate with team members.
