The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic HomeGoods team member to deliver a superior customer experience in our Cedar Hill store.

You’ll support daily store operations, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while embracing our values. This role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
