Dollar Tree is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

Summary of Position

1. Assist with the complete operations of the assigned store, including assigned tasks and duties.
2. Assist in merchandising the store.
3. Be fully cross-trained to assist with cash register operations, customer service, and stock replenishment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handle all sales transactions while operating the cash register.
2. Maintain the security of all cash.
3. Protect all company assets.
4. Provide high level of good customer service.
5. Maintain a friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
6. Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
7. Work safely and adhere to policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
