Dollar Tree is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

Summary of Position

• Assist with the complete operations of the assigned store, including tasks and duties.
• Help in the merchandising of the store.
• Be fully cross-trained to assist with cash register operations, customer service, and stock replenishment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle all sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of all cash.
• Protect all company assets.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Work safely and adhere to policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
