Dollar Tree is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

Summary of Position

• Assist with the complete operations of the assigned store, including various tasks and duties.
• Assist in merchandising the store.
• Be fully cross-trained to assist with cash register operations, customer service, and stock replenishment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle all sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintain the security of all cash.
• Protect all company assets.
• Provide high levels of good customer service.
• Maintain a friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Work in a safe manner.
• Adhere to and uphold policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• General math skills for cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication skills for proper customer interaction.
• High integrity and honesty, especially in handling cash.
