Summary of Position

1. Assist with the complete operations of the assigned store, including various tasks and duties.
2. Assist in store merchandising.
3. Be fully cross-trained to handle cash register operations, customer service, and stock replenishment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handle all sales transactions at the cash register.
2. Maintain security of all cash.
3. Protect company assets.
4. Provide high-quality customer service.
5. Maintain a friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
6. Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
7. Work in a safe manner and adhere to policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

1. Basic math skills for cash handling.
2. Strong verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
3. High integrity and honesty, especially in handling cash.
