Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00

Primary Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listen to resolve issues, and partner with team members.
  • Door to Floor / Restock / RFID & Inventory: Assist with merchandise planning, inventory processes, and stockroom organization.
  • SET / Visual / Environment: Support visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and organization.
  • Omnichannel: Assist with online order processes, Buy Online Pick Up In Store, and Ship from Store as needed.
  • General Operations: Contribute to merchandise transfers, returns, and inventory accuracy.
  • Performance Standards: Meet sales, customer service, and safety standards.
