As the Sales Floor Assistant, you are responsible for driving customer service to achieve profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing merchandise standards, training and developing staff, and executing sales building programs.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listen to resolve issues, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, and collaborate with team members.
  2. Door to Floor / Restock / RFID & Inventory: Coordinate merchandise placement, assist with inventory processes, and manage restocking and stockroom organization.
  3. SET / Visual / Environment: Assist with floor moves, visual displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  4. Omnichannel: Support online order processes, buy online pick-up in store, and ship from store activities.
  5. General Operations: Contribute to merchandise transfers, returns, and participate in inventory processes.
  6. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance metrics including sales, customer service, and attendance.
