As the Sales Floor Assistant, you are responsible for driving customer service and achieving profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing merchandise standards, and executing sales programs.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listen to resolve issues, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, and collaborate with team members.
  2. Door to Floor / Restock / RFID & Inventory: Assist in merchandise planning, inventory processes, restocking, and stockroom organization.
  3. SET / Visual / Environment: Support visual merchandising, floor moves, and store cleanliness to enhance shopping experience.
  4. Omnichannel (SVG 2-3 only): Assist with online order processes, Buy Online Pick Up In Store, and Ship from Store.
  5. General Operations: Contribute to merchandise transfers, returns, inventory integrity, and participate in annual inventory counts.
  6. Performance Standards: Meet performance metrics related to sales, customer service, safety, and attendance.
