Job summary

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, sales-oriented individuals to join our team in a retail setting. Use your sales skills to help customers and maximize earnings with hourly pay plus bonus incentives.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending ACE products, handling cash and financial services, and delivering outstanding service while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail or sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend ACE products and services.
• Communicate clearly, build trust, and deliver exceptional service.
• Handle cash, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services where applicable.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality per regulations and safety guidelines.
• Support store operations and teamwork.
