Iris Galerie is seeking a part-time Sales & Experience Associate in Annapolis to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. You will welcome customers, explain the Iris Galerie concept, convert interest into sales, and handle transactions with upsells.

Ideal candidates have a strong sales mindset, are friendly, and comfortable with digital tools, including Adobe. Weekend availability is preferred in this dynamic, international-brand environment.

Qualifications

Has a strong sales mindset and an ability to connect with customers.
Friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales.
Flexible availability including weekends.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience.
