Job summary

Iris Galerie in Key West is hiring a Sales & Experience Associate for a part-time schedule (15-29 hours). You will welcome customers, guide them through the Iris Galerie experience, convert interest into sales, handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and provide expert advice.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, is friendly and persuasive, with weekend availability, fluent in English, and comfortable using digital tools (Adobe or photography experience a plus).

What You’ll Do - Make Art and Drive Sales
