Job description

Senior Sales Executive / B2B Sales Development Representative who has a consultative / solutions-driven background with experience managing the full end-to-end sales life cycle from lead generation / customer research, prospecting calls, assessing needs, sending proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.

This position is fully remote, so you must be self-motivated with the ability to set your own workload to achieve targets for yourself and the business.

SALARY: £100,000+ OTE (uncapped commission structure)

LOCATION: Remote / Homebased (candidates must be UK based)

Job Overview

Due to the company's expansion, we have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive / B2B Sales Development Representative with a consultative / solutions-driven background. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, across various sectors including biotech, pharma, medical, and digital technology. Experience in grant funding, bid writing, project management, or innovation consultancy is highly desirable.

Your role involves driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and effectively communicating complex solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial consultation calls to qualify prospects and present services
  • Meet sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Review sales performance and report to management
  • Engage in targeted outreach to senior stakeholders
  • Develop partnerships and business relationships
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales success with consistent target achievement
  • Ability to articulate technical and complex information clearly
  • Confidence speaking with clients in sectors like medical, pharma, and digital tech
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience in multi-sector, project-based sales
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Negotiation and deal-closing experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Technical background preferred
  • Academic qualifications (MSc, MBA, PhD) are optional
  • Experience with grant funding and innovation consultancy (preferred)
