Sales Executive - Regional Vice-President, Integrated Facilities Management

IST Management is actively hiring senior-level talent for the role of Sales Executive - Regional Vice President on our national Facilities Management/Integrated Facilities Management sales team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in selling FM/IFM deals into large legal and corporate clients, strong industry relationships, and a current book of business.

We offer up to 13% uncapped commission, with eligible RVPs receiving equity shares at $5M revenue.

Compensation

The base salary is negotiable and competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $200,000+ depending on experience and performance. Commissions are up to 13% and uncapped.
