What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
- Prospect for new business and appoint new agents that meet production expectations
- Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
- Complete strategic marketing plans for territory to identify opportunities and potential challenges
- Provide training and support to agents regarding Travelers' products and systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
- Five years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred
- Advanced communication skills, with strong verbal and written proficiency
- Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and the ability to assess agency operations
- Advanced relationship management skills to work effectively with internal and external customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced ability to influence sales and convince agents to represent Travelers products
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Experience in delivering professional presentations
